If you’re wondering about borrowing books, movies, and audiobooks from NCC, there are a few basic guidelines. First of all, you need to be an NCC patron. Patron cards are free to Newport, Etna, Palmyra, and Plymouth residents, and cost $25 per year per family for people who do not live in these towns. Students who are enrolled in the RSU #19 district can obtain a student card for free. Military Family with military ID can received a library card for $15. Non-resident senior citizens (60 and older) can obtain a library card for the reduced price of $15. To get a patron (library) card, you need to bring in a valid, current photo identification card, usually a driver’s license with current address. Books, DVDs, and Audiobooks can be signed out for three weeks.
You do not need to be a patron to use our computers, our wireless internet, or to simply stop in and read.
