Reader's Corner

We offer a variety of opportunities for readers at the Newport Cultural Center. With more than 12,000 books in our own collection, we can obtain almost any book a patron desires through inter-library loan. We also offer more than 35 magazines and newspapers, including a special selection of magazines just for kids and teens.
Our computers offer quick access to the Marvel database, which provides thousands of online journals and magazines. Patrons with e-readers (like Nooks and Kindles) will appreciate the free downloadable e-books we offer through MaineInfoNet.org, used to download e-books and audio books.
